Welcome to Rehlah. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our application, website, and related services. By using Rehlah's services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rehlah. They govern your use of all our services, including the website, mobile application, and any related tools or services.
2. Eligibility
To use Rehlah's services, you must be at least 18 years of age. By using the services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Platform Services
Rehlah is an electronic platform that connects users wishing to book properties ("Users") with property rental providers ("Property Providers"). Our services include: (a) Property Listings — providing listings of available properties based on information provided by Property Providers. (b) Booking Facilitation — enabling users to request and book properties through the app. (c) Payment Processing — Rehlah may provide payment processing services related to bookings. Disclaimer: Rehlah does not own, manage, supervise, or inspect the properties listed on the platform. Rehlah is not a lessor or property manager, but rather acts as an intermediary electronic platform to facilitate bookings only.
4. Accounts
Account Creation: Using some Rehlah services may require creating a user account. The user must provide correct, accurate, and complete information. Account Security: The user bears full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and password, and must immediately notify Rehlah of any suspected unauthorized use of the account. Account Use: The user bears full responsibility for all activities and actions that occur through their account.
5. Bookings & Payments
Booking Requests: When submitting a booking request, the user agrees to pay the specified amount for the property, including any additional fees or costs indicated during the booking process. Payment: The user must complete payment according to the methods and timelines specified by Rehlah or the Property Provider. Cancellation & Refund: Each Property Provider sets their own cancellation and refund policies. The user must review these before confirming a booking. Rehlah will apply the Property Provider's policy regarding any financial refunds. Service Fees: Rehlah may charge service fees for using the platform. These fees will be disclosed to the user before completing the booking.
6. User Obligations
When using Rehlah's services, the user agrees to: (a) Provide correct, accurate, and up-to-date information. (b) Comply with all regulations and instructions of the Property Provider and the booked property. (c) Treat properties and Property Providers with respect. (d) Not use the platform for any illegal or harmful purposes. (e) Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or damage the application or its technical services.
7. User-Generated Content
If a user posts reviews, comments, or other content through Rehlah, they grant the platform the right to use, copy, display, and publish this content in connection with providing and improving services. The user acknowledges that the content they submit is owned by them or they have the legal right to publish it, and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content displayed on the Rehlah application and website, including texts, logos, designs, graphics, software, and other materials, is owned by Rehlah or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. No part of this content may be copied, used, or republished without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer
Service "As Is": Rehlah's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding service continuity, error-free operation, or interruptions. Property Information: Property information is based on data provided by Property Providers. Although Rehlah strives to verify accuracy as much as possible, it does not guarantee the correctness or completeness of this information. The user should verify directly with the Property Provider when needed. No Endorsement or Guarantee: The inclusion of any property or Property Provider on the platform does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by Rehlah.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Rehlah shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses resulting from the use of the platform or services, including issues related to properties or the conduct of Property Providers. In all cases, Rehlah's total liability to the user shall not exceed the fees paid by the user for the service in question.
11. Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify and hold Rehlah harmless from any claims, damages, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising from: (a) their use of the services, (b) their violation of these Terms, (c) their violation of any law or third-party rights.
12. Termination or Suspension
Rehlah reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the application or services at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. The user may also close their account at any time.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute or complaint related to Rehlah's services, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
15. Changes to Terms
Rehlah reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, users will be notified through the application, website, or email. Continued use of the services after the publication of changes constitutes implied acceptance of the updated Terms.
